How We Work Together

We don’t just produce your podcast.
We think about it

Plenty of people will edit your audio and hand it back. That’s not what this is. We start with strategy, produce every episode from your listener’s point of view,
and stay in it with you week after week.

Here’s exactly what that looks like.

Tammy Munson, Founder, Executive Producer, and Podcast Strategist

Our approach

The work that matters happens in the cut.

Anyone can run your episode through AI software and clean up the ums.

What they can’t do is listen the way your listener does. Where a conversation drags, where it should breathe, the moment someone decides to keep listening or drop off.

That’s the work we’re best at.

Most producers edit to fix mistakes. We edit so your episode tells a story, because that’s what makes people stay.

What it’s like to work with us

Strategy first.
Then a show that runs
like clockwork.

01

We Start With Strategy

Every show we take on starts with a plan: who your listeners are, what they need, and where your podcast is headed. For our higher tiers, that becomes a monthly strategy call where we dig into your analytics together and map the next few months. Then you do the part only you can do. You show up and record, upload your audio, and hand the rest to us.
That’s the point where your
week gets lighter.

02

We Produce It The Way Your
Listener Hears It

Our team takes your raw audio and shapes the foundation. Then Tammy personally listens to every episode, not for mistakes, but for content and story. Where it drags, where it should breathe, where a listener would lean in or drop off. She calls a second round of edits based on what your show actually needs.
This is the step no one else does, and it’s the difference between an episode that’s clean and one that’s worth listening to.

03

You Approve – We Schedule it to Publish

We send you the final version so nothing goes out that you haven’t signed off on, and we write show notes built to be found and to give your listener a reason to stay. Once you give the green light, we upload everything to your host. Your episode goes live on time and sounds like it was made for the person on the other end. Then we do it all over again
for the next episode!
