About

Your Coach & Lead Strategist

Hi, I’m Tammy!

Podcast Strategist.
Creative Thinker.
Relentless Encourager.

I’ve been producing podcasts since 2005, back before most people had a word for what I was doing. I’ve spent the twenty years since helping women get their voices out into the world,
and building shows that actually last.

Wildfire is where all of that lives now: a boutique studio for women who take their podcast seriously and want a real strategist in their corner, not just someone to clean up the audio.

I’ve been in podcasting since 2005, back before most people even knew what it was. In those early years, I worked as an independent audio editor and virtual assistant, building shows and brands for clients one project at a time. That same year, I launched the Work at Home Expo/Business & Learning, bringing women in business together long before “remote work” was a phrase anyone used. I didn’t have the language for it yet, but the through-line was already there: helping women get their voices and their work out into the world.

Then came 2019.

I was at the final Blissdom event, my friend Alli Worthington’s conference, when God handed me three words I couldn’t shake. Tell their stories. That was it. That was the whole thing I’d been doing for fourteen years without a name for it. And it was the moment I stopped building other people’s dreams on the side and started building my own.

In 2020, that calling became Tammy Munson Creative, a podcast studio of my own. In 2022, we grew into Wildfire Creative Company, the strategy-led studio it is today. Same mission that started it all, just bigger now, with a team of smart and talented women and two decades of work behind it.

I’m a producer, a strategist, and a coach. But underneath all three, I’m the woman who tells your story so the right people finally hear it.

What My Clients Say

“The best thing I ever did for my podcast was get out of my own way and ask for help. Tammy helped me figure out the self-sabotage and how to show up for my community.”

Lauren R.

“Working together brought clarity, confidence, and momentum to my podcast without overwhelm, confusion, or second-guessing anymore today.”

Jennifer D.

“I gained clarity, structure, and encouragement that helped me move forward without second-guessing myself constantly or fear.”

Nicole K.

Today I’ve had the privilege of working with over 330 women and brands, from first-time podcasters to established shows finding their next chapter. What they all have in common is a message that matters and the courage to put it out into the world where the right people can finally hear it.

My work is grounded in strategy, storytelling, and a deep respect for the woman behind the microphone. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter podcasts. I believe in getting to know your voice, your listener, and what you’re actually trying to build, then shaping a show that fits all three.

The Journey

A Timeline of Where This All Started

2005

Where it all began

I began working in podcasting as an independent audio editor, shaping other people’s shows one project at a time. I didn’t have the language for it yet, but the thread was already there: helping women get their voices out into the world.

2019

Three words that changed everything

Sitting at Blissdom, God handed me three words I couldn’t shake: tell their stories. 14 years of work suddenly had a name and a purpose. That was the moment I stopped building other people’s dreams on the side and decided to build my own.

2020

A studio of my own

I launched Tammy Munson Creative, a podcast studio of my very own. For the first time, this wasn’t freelance work squeezed between other things. It was the thing itself, a real business built around producing shows that matter and helping women say what they came to say.

2019

The spark became Wildfire

Wildfire is a strategy-led boutique production studio with a small and mighty team behind it. More than 330 clients and brands served, over 13,000 episodes produced, and two decades of doing the work I love most. The tools have changed a hundred times since 2020. The mission hasn’t moved an inch: tell their stories, and tell them well.

Our Story is Just Beginning… and So is Yours!

What I Believe

The values that guide every podcast that we work with

Strategy Comes First

Anyone can hit record. The difference between a show that fades and one that grows is the thinking behind it. Before we touch a single episode, we get clear on who you’re for and where you’re going.

The Listener Is The Point

The team and I produce every episode for your listeners’ ears. What they’d skip, where they lean in, the moment they decide to stay. That instinct is the whole job, and it’s the thing no shortcut or AI can do for you.

Honesty Without Harshness

I’ll tell you the truth, kindly and directly. If something isn’t working, I’ll say so. If your show is drifting, I’ll name it. Always with real care for you and what you’re building.

A Voice, Not a Content Machine

Your podcast isn’t a feed to fill. It’s a woman with something worth saying. I never lose sight of that, because the day a show becomes a chore is the day it stops being worth listening to.

Off the Clock

A Few Things You Should Know About Me

Because the person behind the business matters just as much as the strategy.

Always Tea

I’ve never touched coffee in my life. It’s sweet tea when it’s warm out and hot tea when it’s not, and yes, I have opinions about both. If we’re on an early call, I’m the one who showed up with a full mug and a ready-to-work attitude.

My Favorite People

When I’m not working, I’m with the people I love most. That’s where the real living happens, and it’s what all the work is for.

Jesus Over Everything Else

Before I’m a producer or a strategist, I’m a woman who loves Jesus. My faith isn’t a section of my life; it’s the thread running through it all, including how I show up for the women I work with.
